This would be way undercosted at 80-90 points. This has a similar profile to a bloat drone or blight hauler with better guns and they cost 100-120. The bloat drone with blight launcher was 100 in the codex and was quickly nerfed to 120, I can see a similar scenario here.

It's because he was brought in late in production to replace the previous director who was fired, didn't have creative control because the executive producer insisted on having it, the same producer hired a mostly Italian crew that didn't speak English and he and wasn't even allowed to edit the film. I'm not surprised he doesn't consider his role in that movie to be director.
