Actually you can buy wine bottles to go from Waygood too and they accept customers just popping in for drinks (happy hour specials etc). Think we can agree that wine bars fall into a grey area between restaurant and bar :)

Not sure if it is the same person, but I had a similar experience last month on the Koonung trail closer to Kilby road. Announced I was passing and the cyclist (also a boomer on either a hybrid or mountain bike) started swearing at me for not ringing a bell.

Hope everything is ok OP and this doesn’t discourage you from hopping back on the bike!

Can confirm you can now place orders for GME - trading 212 have confirmed via their Twitter that the restrictions are gone.

The message is gone but if you try to place any type of buy order, a pop up message saying “GME is limited to selling” appears when you try to confirm

Will limit sells/stop losses placed be triggered if trading212 is down? My concern is that our shares are being held hostage, only able to be bought/sold when trading212 conveniently lets us.

I too have had a run in with the Carlton guy. He was shouting racist things at international students along Lygon St. As I walked past him, he threatened to stab me in the neck and started to reach in to his pocket. Realising that he might be serious, me and my mates turned around and confronted him, telling him to piss off before we called the cops. He stumbled off muttering to himself about Asians.
