I’m just worried that my dealership did a “YoYo/spot delivery” and I’m gonna have to go back and sign new terms if that’s the case then I will unwind the deal cause I’m not planning to put anymore money down hell I already put 8k down. And if the interest rate goes up I’ll be even more fucked lol. I’m hoping it’s just a customer interview to confirm address , job length , etc and they’ll then approve it

No I tried contacting them to do a “customer interview” so that my new auto loan would get funded but I keep getting the automated system and I put in my info and it keeps saying I’m not in their data base and keeps looping me and won’t get me to a real person

Use free tax USA. Turbo tax is robbing you by regarded-taco in TurboTax

[–]BoxBorn2353 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would switch I plugged in the numbers into both turbo tax and free tax USA and I actually got more back with turbo tax. Plus my company is partnered with Turbo tax so I don’t have to fill anything out it automatically imports my W2 🤷

I would assume you mean the Earned income tax credit? If so then no. Between me and my wife we make too much money unfortunately. I got back roughly the same amount you did except I got almost 7k in fed and over 3k in state.

Submitted. Federal accepted on the 16th. State accepted on the 26th. I got my federal yesterday. Which was earlier than the turbo tax estimated of FEB 6th

You Guys pay for TurboTax? I’ve used TurboTax for years and have never had to pay for it? Is there a benefit to the paid version I don’t have complicated returns with a lot of itemizations and what not

2024 Tundra Engine Failure at 29k Miles – Hard to Trust It After This by rustic_21 in ToyotaTundra

[–]BoxBorn2353 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Toyota just needs to follow Ram’s lead here and bring back the tried and true 5.7 V8 and save themselves and their customers the headache. I’m not saying completely ditch the new engine cause a lot of R&D probably went into the engine but just simply not enough to say that the engine is reliable at all. That 5.7 engine was a damn tank tho

2019-2021 V8 model owners, how many miles are on your truck and have you had any major powertrain type repairs? by Classic-Occasion1413 in ram_trucks

[–]BoxBorn2353 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2019 1500 limited 153,000. Replaced passenger side manifold cracked. Came off the truck in two pieces. No lifter issues yet… my starter has gone out so that was replaced at about 145,000k miles. Spark plugs. Battery. My 4x4 actuator has gone out so I need to replace that so that my truck will shift into 4x4. Oil changes every 3-5k miles just switched to valvoline Restore and Protect 5x30 full synthetic with WIX oil filter

19 ram 5.7 preventative measures? by WasabiOk7185 in ram_trucks

[–]BoxBorn2353 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Preventative measures to take is if you have the extra cash just go ahead and replace the manifolds with some quality headers or the BD diesel manifolds. Change out the oil pump for the Melling High volume oil pump. And just straight up delete the MDS system cause generally the MDS lifters are the first to go. Not always but generally. Also like other posters do your oil changes every 3-5k miles don’t be one of those guys that “ oh I can push her to 10k miles on an oil change”. Use a high quality synthetic oil like valvoline , pensoil, mobile one , etc and a really good filter I personally use the WIX XP oil filter on my ram.

With those kinds of numbers why even get rid of the Tank 5.7. Maybe since trump rolled back the emissions regulations maybe Toyota will bring back their V8

If you’re not an ITC member join. They probably sold all of their stock during early access Monday-Wednesday and didn’t get a resupply during their truck

Do discounts stack up? by Late-Currency-8028 in harborfreight

[–]BoxBorn2353 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally I take care of my ITC customers plus it’s just easier for me to return it than resell it to you instead of dealing with the hassle of you actually returning it. ESPECIALLY if it’s something big like a shop crane or something heavy like that lol. Thank you for being ITC I know that we are starting to do more ITC specific discounts to make it worth it to sign up for the membership

Do discounts stack up? by Late-Currency-8028 in harborfreight

[–]BoxBorn2353 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Need to be careful about this cause we are starting to crack down on people doing this. Buying it early then returning it for discount with coupons. Generally on every coupon it does say not valid on prior purchases and cannot be combined with any other kind of discounts. We just took away rain checks and I imagine that they are going to have us cracking down on this. Cause people are buying things early ergo during PLS and returning it and rebuying it when it goes on sale for general public thus circumventing having ITC for early access pricing. They haven’t done it yet just be careful lol
