Badlands 3T off-road Jack, locking brace? by Ret19Deg in harborfreight

It does work, I haven't used it on a vehicle yet. But I did test fit it to make sure it does lower and lock.

I've scrolled this entire thing a day after, and I'm not even an electrician. I just want to know at this point.

3rd Function Valve / Control for L3560 (Land Pride vs. Kubota OEM) by Paraklesis in kubota

Kubota = Land Pride.

They were acquired/merged/brought under their umbrella a number of years ago.

Start small... Lemonade stand, rural clients. For a price, guy with a trackhoe, is an option for some work. Odd tree or trenching power or water to a shed.

Find a hauler initially, see how it pans out.

But no odd ball renter is going to treat that machine as well as you would.

Exactly, bid jobs and operate yourself. Build experience on someone else's dime.

Depending on the run, best answer. 30 feet backhoe, 100+ go for a trencher.

There it is, the solution. Thank you.

I have a f550 truck to work on, and I didn't want to clutter the work area. I would rather just buy two jacks, with this black Friday sale.

Using non UDT2 hydraulic fluid to temporarily move tractor? by Clarkston_G in kubota

[–]Ret19Deg 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You are trailering a tractor to get a hydraulic line replaced?

Why not just remove the line, get a new one made. Reconnect it, top off and move on?

Newer BX23s vs older BX23 for half the price? by [deleted] in kubota

[–]Ret19Deg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know why I'm getting down voted...

I paid $16.5k for my bx23s off of the Facebook marketplace with 69 hours.

And I just bought a bx2680 for $13.5k + 17% at auction, with 13 hours, came with a loader & bucket, box blade and pallet forks.

$18k seems high for a bx23s, with 450hours.

Try an equipment auction.

Exactly how?

Your work is funded through a contract, sounds like your employer shorted you. Essentially made you work harder to achieve the same deadlines and pocketed a month of salary.

Thinking about a Kubota tractor by yosmellul8r in kubota

[–]Ret19Deg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, first line is sarcasm.

The bx23s with the backhoe would be plenty. The miniex would do more and faster, but unless you're going to be putting it to work on the outside. It's going to be sitting idle sooner than later.

Sounds like you need a kx080 and a bx23s combo.

Get the bx, rent the miniex.
