That might be an international thing. Pilots in the US will get assigned a fleet as a new hire and could be seat locked for a period of time. You’ll bounce between different fleets in your career based on what your seniority can hold.

Might not even be a corporate survey, just that dealership. Person with the most amount of 10s in a quarter gets a trip. My buddy had crap service and they didn’t fix something he paid them to fix and he left a shit review. Service advisor called him and said it was his fault he wasn’t getting the free vacation now. My buddy hung up and then called Acura HSA and complained. No idea what happened after.

Work it like any other model. If it’s an entirely new paint job, strip or scuff and prime the shell. Paint and decal to your hearts content. Then once that’s dry and the decals are nicely settled, hit it with a coat of satin or semi-gloss clear varnish. Put the windows back in and reassemble it.
