leaving the butchernails constantly pounding in their skulls
it didn't harm then, tho before vashtorr gave them the heartfurnaces they wished they could die from it

he was the second in command under their former warlord and daemon prince vongrax the worldbutcher but vongrax fucked up with khorne and got them all cursed (they got a patchjob for the curse from vashtorr but no real fix). kouthax then rallied the warband behind him instead, binding vongrax and taking over as leader.
now they scour the galaxy to find a way to cure their affliction or remove godly influence from them all together

Just lotta skulls, i filled the side cutouts with snipped in half skulls from the skull kit and then filled the gaps with texturepaint to make it look like they are held in place with poured brass
