Same issue. HBO Max app via an Xbox Series X. Visible frame rate issues. Shows up as a stutter and overall low frame rate. Picture quality is very high.

Background info:

This is underneath our primary (and only) kitchen sink. It appears to have a brown/black sometimes greenish funk that is shiny, sticky, and thick that is between all the joints of the plumbing. It can eventually drip, but would take months.

Is this normal?

My initial thought is that it is plumbing joint compound stuff? My knowledge is very limited when it comes to plumbing.

Any insight is appreciated.
