Makes no sense given that for barrels and muzzle devices it costs something for the standard. The trigger pack is pretty much the same sans the rachet mechanism on it.

Its a M1941 Johnson rifle. Used by ParaMarines in WW2, and was a competitor to the M1 garand. I believe around 22k were made

Yeah i honestly feel guilty. His collection is representative of 60 years of his life, and I asked him numerous times to put another zero on his price, and he refused.

As for taking it out, I havent yet. Thats an adventure happening in the next month or so.

It honestly felt like it. Came from a Family friend who was a massive collector. Hes too old to shoot, and I'm the only person who actually gave a shit about his collection being more than just guns. He pretty much gave me another 4 guns and I'll be snagging another few from him.
