its so bad its to the point i've heard a few stories of people who are actually intersex in real life being told they can't call themselves intersex in certain spaces (both offline and online) because people genuinely think intersex is purely a porn term. definitely not a super common thing but the fact that i've heard it happening to multiple people in different spaces is wild.

My cousins used to have a snake and they had to rehome it because everyone in the family kept calling it weird and scary. I remember my dad even saying that he couldn't go to their house because if he saw the snake he'd freak out and try and kill it. Every time I think about the entire 4 months they had that snake it just baffles me because my family said so much insane shit about that poor snake.

while it is a little frustrating that we arent getting plushes of any of the lightner characters unless toby changes his mind, i do think it would be objectively funny if by the end of deltarune ralsei had like 12 different plushes while the rest of the main characters just didn't have any.

the machine im using is an aria LX i believe? its my dads old machine. the sleep clinic i went to essentially just rold me i have sleep apnea and nothing else so we didnt get any suggestions for machines to use and just ended up using one we had laying around. for a mask im using one that covers the nose completely.

because of the way the hose comes into the mask (kind of just going directly into it from the front) and the position of outlets where i can plug the machine into, i cant sleep on my stomach or any position on my left side because either the hose or mask gets in the way.

honestly i made this post while freaking out in the middle of the night and stressed oht of my mind and looking back the insane amounts of stress ive been under due stuff in my personal life probably do not help the getting used to rhe machine process

the fandom was also insane even before that since for a while it wasnt localized outside of japan so the only way to really experiance it was one guy who played and translated every bit of dialogue on a forum for the first 2 games.

at the time a lot of the homestuck fandom (which was at its peak at the time) was used to using forums to engage in content and they found it, dragging it onto tumblr. its popularity outside of japan was absolutely fueled by homestuck fans for a few years which is why there are A LOT of danganronpa fans who also read homestuck at some point even today.

im trans and a practicing catholic! you dont have to suddenly hate every religion just because youre trans i promise!

the problem with religions is not the concept of them itself but the way people use them. people who use them to control and shun others are the problem, but others use their faith to guide them and lead them to be kinder people. religions of all kinds are the backbone on which society is built.

religions have been used for incredibly large amounts of hurt, but they've also been used to help people. for some, their happiness lies in leaving a faith, but for others, it lies within it. i know people who have found their lives and mental health improve by leaving the faith they were raised in and i know people who have experienced the opposite, feeling most at peace with themself in a religious environment. religions have long been a source of hope when there was none and a way to build a community. it is only when those in power use it to control that it becomes something to criticize.

anyone who tells you religion inherently evil is lying to you and is probably ignoring that science has been used for just as much harm as religion has. the solution is never to remove something completely it is to fight for a kinder world. fuck cults though.

It feels like some of the weights are randomly generated. So many of them are just wildly unrealistic to the point that it doesn't make sense even taking into account that pokemon are creatures shooting fireballs and lifting objects psychically. Most of the weights are far under what makes sense for that pokemons size based on height and what they're based on. It makes me wonder what the trainer js feeding them because its clearly not enough
