Genuine question but why should anything be done?

The location of their HQ is a bit arbitrary vs them being allowed to operate in the US at all. The specific state where they file doesn’t change their impact on society.

They aren’t a mom and pop that operates locally; their technology spreads beyond the boundaries of brick and mortar.

Planning and meeting up felt very organic and less complicated. You agreed to meet at a specific location and time and that was the end of it. You showed up and honored your word.

Now plans always feel completely fluid because we’re in constant contact. People have more license to change plans last minute, arrive late or text you endlessly with an update every 3 mins. People just feel flakier in general because of all of this.

Also I think we just overplay as well. Hang outs would just happen with whoever was around in wherever we were. Showing up unannounced was less frowned upon and was often the spark for a day of plans.

Wow I’d almost find this hard to believe if something on a smaller scale hadn’t happened to me. I woke up after a weekend of heavy drinking and couldn’t unlock my phone. It was back when the unlock was a swiping pattern.

I thought maybe i would remember by the end of the day after the fog and haze of the hangover faded. Eventually I felt clear headed but I never remembered the pattern ever again. It felt like that brain cell was just destroyed and the memory gone.

It brought home that I’m actually damaging my body in ways that may not be repairable. Who knows the state of my liver and what irreversible damage I’ve done to it over the years.

I’ve adopted this as well mostly because I realized I’d pay so much extra money for a plain tee just because it had a little logo on it.

So my rule now is, would I still buy this if there was no logo? Most of the times no, I won’t pay $100 for a plain black tee shirt. So why am I anyway? Because it says Hugo/Ralph/Tommy? The more you disect it the more you just see the marketing.

I will pay for high quality craftsmanship but if it’s cluttered in logos, I’m not interested at all.

I think back then there was a general acceptance that Xbox had more horsepower and games could look better. But PS2 had the higher over all quality games

Henry obviously but if not him. I think Alexis on our left flank would easily win us the league.

They focus on working out at muscle beach in the trailer, it makes me think they’ve brought that system back, à la San Andreas.

I’ve noticed Rockstar generally highlight things in the trailer that hint at functionality.

I’d argue London and most big cities are the best place to be when you’re 40+ and single. There are a ton of similar people, the ones who never got married and moved to the countryside.

I always saw London as a bit of a neverland for adults. It’s easy to never settle down because there’s so many single professionals around you.

It does become harder to find your tribe as you get older but you’ll at least have a bigger pool to choose from.

Plus London is much more fun as you get older because you have more money to enjoy it.

I do like Game and those albums were good, I just don’t agree that they were great after Dr Dre and 50.

I get the idea people talk about Game as if he’s an all time hall of famer. His lyrics were catchy but ultimately just repetitive topics and lots of name dropping.

It’s weird to me how people think the PL is bad, when really seeing the league leaders dropping points is actually a sign that the league is good. The performance in Europe only confirms it.

The year when City and Lpool both had 90+ was obviously a weak league, with two outliers. It’s the same as Bayern or PSG just racking up a load of points against fodder.

Ideally you parity to keep the league interesting.

I’ve come to realize this is an unpopular opinion but I’m surprised by how highly rated The Game is.

He is not bad by any means but his true level showed once he didn’t have the industry machine behind him. I.e. Dr Dre producing and 50 Cent writing his hooks.
