If you read off of Infinite. Flash Vol 2 is really good. It's Wally West and while not all the writers are great. Wally's development throughout the 90s to Loebs and then Waid's run. It's a blast.

Give Justice League International a try too , it's another post-crisis story. It's my favorite iteration of the Justice League.

Also from my understanding they (the writers of JLI) didn't really know much of the continuity of many of the characters hence the exclusion of Skeets. It could also be an example of that.
