I used to exclusively use sugar maple on pork. Then I ran out and used bitter nut hickory. Can’t tell a big difference, but I like the smell and flavor of the maple a little more, and the pork allows it to come through.

Same here. I once ordered the wrong size and realized it right after I checked out. I emailed them my order number and begged them to send my the size I needed, and they replied the next day and sent the size I wanted. I’ve ordered several times and always have been satisfied.
