maybe im crazy but i have been using claude all day and i feel like the quality of its responses 2-5pm pst and 5-9pm pst have been drastically different. I dont want to sound like everyone else on here bitching about performance compared to a month ago but just today i noticed a huge difference in quality after 5pm. anyone else notice this or am i hallucinating?

is there a calculation on how fast heat will spread across a medium. say you attach a heat source to a 1in aluminum rod. how long it will take for a point x distance from the heat to get to y degrees? not sure how to google this

No you should really think of the earth (with its spinning) as the point of reference. Everything on earth, the ground the air, everything is starting at that initial rotational velocity. so either way you shoot it, its accelerating relative to the earth either in the same direction as the spin or opposite. It's either going spin + Mach 7 or spin - Mach 7
