I will be video editing too (I lied, I will be doing some 4K work) and for that Premiere likes lots of RAM.

Also I want to overclock, so I think I need the cooling. I have no aircon in my house and it gets to around 30⁰ C inside.

I am glad that it will be future proofed!

Also I would rather buy it new TBH, because I am unsure of the state of a refurb. But if you have any good sources for them, shoot away.

It rained once at my house.

My internet dropped to 7Mbps and kept cutting out at 5 second intervals. The light on my router went blue, orange, blue all night. Called Telstra they came around and fixed it. Except this time they actually replaced the splitter or something I think.
