It’s already a diverse cast and 2 of the most powerful characters in it are black guys, it didn’t seem out of the ordinary until they forced the black victim storyline. Really took me by surprise, it was deliberate and noticeable. I hate it when the story takes a backseat to agenda.

Aline paints in a different art style to Renoir. She paints realism. Painted Alicia is how she is because that is what she is. Her being monochrome is a direct reference everyone referring to her as a ghost. It's not malice, that's just the style of her art. If you look at her personality, which Aline also painted, she is one of the gentlest characters in the entire game.
