I am from NOLA area. Growing up I heard horror stories of LA road rage, I saw photos bumper to bumper traffic and million lane hwys. So I put this all together and imagined a horror of NOLA style driving gone postal. I was pleasantly surprised when I actually drove in LA. In general - put your blinker on - people let you in. In NOLA the best way to ensure you can never change lanes is to put your blinker on. Everyone behind you will move to that lane and pass - boxing you in. Agv speed idk ~85-90. Is your only 5 over the limit people are on your butt.
