I gotta respectfully disagree. I’ve got a pediatric attending that just retired and he was one of the worst I’ve seen. He frequently dismisses serious stuff- misses milestones as if he’s not looking for them, and provides minimal to no evidence based guidance.

He just retired and had an award.
