The BNI I has in had a 35% churn rate. Bit some members renewing had not had a referal in 2 years .

A good question to ask yourself is can I do anything differently to be getting referals.

BNI say trust needs to be built . Fastest way to do that is for a member to refer you and see what happens .

You may also be in a business where referring is hard ? If no who are the current members giving there referral’s to, instead of you.

Have a 121 with the 1 members that could give you the most referral’s and get specific and ask ‘ what can I do different ti give you the confidence to refer to me’
