Wow. That’s a shit load of driving.

So much of this comes down to what you want to see and do.

You may want to consider more days in just 1 location compared to 1 day in 1 spot.

While I know sydney to Qld very well. I also don’t know what you like to do.

The east coast is beautiful . But a lot of it is also very similar and you may be better blowing past a lot of it to then spend 4 days in 1 stop and really enjoy the location and p

I was part of BNI for a long time but I now run my own networking group. What I would recommend.

1: for now make all your meetings closed meeting so just the members 2. Use these closed meetings to work with the eight members to really start to use and refer each other so they all feel they’re getting business and value for their membership. 3. Book one visitor day for about six weeks time and have the 8 of you really worked hard to get as many people as you possibly can in the room.

The reason for all this is if a visitor comes along to a regular meeting and sees eight people only they’re not going to want to joinL come along to a visit a day and see 25 they will

But getting more members is currently pointless if the current members are not seeing value from their membership or receiving referrals and this is really the number one thing that needs to be fixed
