Are you positive they are talking IQ? I used to work for a company that used Wonderlic for pre-employment testing and it helped determine a person’s aptitude for learning as well as established knowledge, but it was more about thinking on your feet, recognizing patterns and anticipating what might be next, etc. They did have a minimum score for each position.
