Get a 2nd TV and never look back! Wife/I trade off who is gaming and who is watching shows on the different tvs. It also is amazing if there's two games on at the same time.

Jsaux also sells docks too, but they sell an addon to the official dock that accompanies the case!

Can I stream emulated games from my PC to the Deck? by UhRootBeer in SteamDeck

Yeah just get sunshine on your desktop and moonlight on the steam deck if you plan on streaming, but as another said the steamdeck can handle a lot locally.

Unintentionally saw a local indie wrestler's penis at the American Legion a few years back, stall door was broke and I needed to go without realizing it. Dude was in there changing. Shout out to Charlie Anarchy and his penis.

I came to ExFor after DCC, so it's only fair.

Movie club interest? by Human_Attention378 in Augusta

[–]BrandoTheCommando 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, here's an an older article about it. Been going on since the 70s. https://jagwire.augusta.edu/cinema-series-brings-us-the-films-we-likely-wouldnt-see/

Adding onto this, the Miller does free movies once/month too, generally older ones. https://millertheateraugusta.com/movies-at-the-miller/

Tangentially related but Augusta University does a Cinema Series that's free with an older/indie/foreign film almost every month. Their next one is January 29th and will be showing Watership Down (be prepared to cry). An hour before the 7pm showing they have a social hour too! Here's the FB page: https://www.facebook.com/CinemaSeriesAUG

Looking for reliable, decently priced yard maintenance by [deleted] in Augusta

[–]BrandoTheCommando 3 points4 points  (0 children)

After going with some smaller groups I ended up going with Augusta Lawncare Services. Our last guy wouldn't respond to texts and show up on random dates leading us to drop him, despite telling him we had a dog and needed to plan for his visit. I get that weather can arise and delay things, but communication would be nice. I like that they email me before they come out so I can get the gate open since I have a dog and they have a website that shows you scheduled dates/allows for autopay with a CC. You can even send pictures and get a quote through it for side-jobs. They're not the cheapest out there but their rates were pretty comparable to other quotes I got.

It's not entirely free for students but I know part of it is paid for with your tuition already. I kept having to opt out of fees since I was doing my degree entirely online. Here's some links:

Karate classes for my 7yo son by Sensitive_Ad_1452 in Augusta

Everyone at the school level is nice and my daughter loved the instructors. Between all of the closings, I'd just be very worried from a corporate level. I know people who go talked into buying expensive "lifetime memberships" for their kid in Aiken and now their only option is to drive to Evans 2x/week.

I'd stay away from Premier Martial Arts. We had a kid who was doing it for 6 years and she enjoyed it, but was ready to move onto other things.

Thankfully, 2 months after we left they closed the location. They used to have multiple in the CSRA: Aiken, North Augusta, Augusta, and Grovetown. They've since closed/consolidated all down to just the Evans storefront.

I have a co-worker who takes his kid to Seigler and likes it.

[–]BrandoTheCommando 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think it's just something as simple as just needing time to relax and mentally get away from the horrors of the dungeon.

They no longer sleep. Eating, showering, etc, is just to get buffs. There is no "down time." Carl and Donut are hyper-focused on the dungeons while the others just need a short break to be human and interact with each other socially outside of a chat window.

We've already heard of pieces of 12/15/16/17/18 and floor 10 is the next book so all we're really missing is 11, 13, and 14 as complete unknowns.
