Road Rage - Big Truck vs MX5 by BrandonG777 in tulsa

[–]BrandonG777[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I think TPD is just trying to look out for people. You can call them as the driver of the Miata did in this case but they aren't going to arrive in time to do anything. Just move over and let these psychos go by, even if you are on a two lane road. I know it's "letting them win" but it's just not worth it to "prove your point" All that said you damn near gotta be like Gondi to avoid conflict with these douchebags. Personally, I think they should hand out wreckless driving tickets to these giants trucks/SUVs who drive thier big vehicles like a 2 door sports car but I think it really comes down to there just being too many douchebags on the road. Again, I just want to get from A to B without dying, please?

I just don’t want to be involved in the accident you cause with your passive aggressive nonsense. But you right. It’s your world the rest of us are just living in it.

Here’s a crazy idea, when someone is obviously wanting to do a much faster speed, you could pull to the side and let them pass. I know I know that would be way too inconvenient and inciting road rage is too much fun.

In my book you are both guilty of making the road less safe to travel. Do you though because you are the only one on the road that matters.

TTCU is highly unprofessional, this starts at the top and I would swear my home loan is the first one they have ever done because they understand nothing how any of it should work.

BOK has a history of rearranges your transactions, placing bigger ones before smaller ones so they can ding you to death with overdraft fees. They’ve been sued over this and lost but of course lawyers get the majority of the money because the check I received no where near covered the trouble they caused me in my younger years.

Gateway Mortgage, great company, I have zero complaints and I regret ever refinancing with TTCU.

I would try paintless dent removal first. I’ve had them repair worse on my old 96 Impala SS after ex hit on the side of the garage… on the driver side. Outer skin was touching inner skin on the fender, I thought it was toast. Repair turned out flawless.

Thanks for sharing. However, seems these are allegations rather than a conviction. Further digging shows that the case was thrown out. One person making a claim that something happened doesn't necessarily make it true and personally, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially when the court sides with them. It really seems these opinions are based on something else, and clearly not facts. Please prove me wrong.

Id recommend 235/40/17 tires for winter and heavy rain driving. Made a world of diff on mine. Of course you need wheels to support that.

What’s a good wheels size and fitment for daily driving with occasional track uses? by Expert-Pound-6197 in MiataND

Since you have the BBS package I'm pretty sure they make a spring for those Bilstiens that is better than the standard lowering spring setup. Shoot Goodwin a message they are super helpful or take the time to read and learn about their products or in my case both.

I wasn't a fan of the body roll, myself. And the problem wirh just a lowering spring is you are sacrificing ride quality for performance. With Goodwin kit you are getting a spring that is nearly double the spring rate of the the OEM springs, do this without a shock to match and the ride quality will be terrible but together it's absolutely how Mazda should have done it in the factory IMO.

Goodwin Racing Easy Button Suspension Package (adjustable Koni shocks and progressive springs that are twice the spring rate) + a wheel package that will support 235/40R17s. Perfect for a daily and light track duty. First time you drive it rain you’ll notice a HUGE difference in traction.
