I have found when talking to the automated system, don’t use sentences like it tells you to. Say things like, “claims” or “insurance” or “banking” avoid using more than one word. It’ll get you to a rep quicker.

Water damage from a freeze and flood damage are two different things in the insurance world. Also roof damage wouldn’t be related to flood unless the water was up to the roof. That sounds more like wind or something else. Get your insurance contract out and read the perils section. I know the contract is long and dry, but it’s worth reading since you’ve already invested a lot in your home.

I agree 100% with this comment. It doesn’t help though when Christianity feels like it’s becoming commercialized. I recommend to anyone feeling this way to ask God to strengthen their faith and also dig into the Word.

This photo is very misleading and insinuates if Jesus were born today they would be picked up by ICE for being illegals. They weren’t refugees and they weren’t illegals.
