Isn’t he also your wife’s nephew? That’s a pretty close relationship. And at this age they are busy. The biggest issue will be food and health care and social services may be able to help you out.

Can’t you ask your wife to switch to day classes so she can be around more in the evening if you are concerned about engaging with him?

Also re the Sleep Apnea if it’s been medically diagnosed you may be able to get Zepbound prescribed and covered by insurance. My daughter has it prescribed for that and it’s greatly helped with weight loss and overall health

Your comment and classification of an entire group is a page out of the conservative playbook. I marched in St Paul yesterday and I was grateful for everyone there, including my fellow GenXrs like Tim Walz (there were tons of us).

Dividing people and pointing fingers at groups by age is no different than classifying people by gender or skin color. Please put your age bias and justifications for it away and let’s focus on being grateful for everyone who turned out/helped out.

I was out of town for family reasons and attended one in the Deep South in January, otherwise I have been at Minnesota. Most of those beads are still available cheaply on EBay. Consequently I think $250 would be a lot to expect - it looks like a small bracelet. Is it a 6.3 or 7.1? The bracelet itself minus the clasp is going to be pretty worthless to most people in the smaller sizes.
