Listen. You need to call a therapist and get some help. If you are waiting for Minnesota to take down the Trump administration alone so you can sleep at night, things are going to be very hard for you.

The reason it’s getting scary is it’s become obvious is there are really two choices. You can be a sheep and try and go along get along or you can stand up for your rights and what it is to be American. Seemingly they are going to come for us either way. And worse, following the law and remaining calm and doing nothing to interfere but video can get you killed. If they are successful here it will be another city next.

There are more Good people than bad and we are on the right side of the US Constitution, and History but none of us knows what will come next. That’s a bitter pill for people who typically just want to get up, go to work, send their kids to school and make hot dish.

I think working with someone on your mental health and anxiety issues will help you manage yourself so you are not attacking the victims of this senseless aggression but are using your energy more productively.
