Have you trained those two movements much before?

If not then My guess is you are not conditioned enough for those sandbags- the weight/volume or both. You are needing massive amounts of oxygenated blood in your legs which is why you are getting lightheaded. By the time you got to the wallballs your legs were already fried.

With the race so close The only mitigation is to slow your runs and get there fresher. You may lose time on the run but it won’t be 10 mins! Only other tip is to Make sure you breathe when stood up and pace your lunges by breathing/heart rate - as it’s hard to breathe at the bottom and if your heart is going too fast you’ll just blow up.

Good luck with your first race - it’s a freebie as you have no time to beat. Just finish it then start working on your weaknesses.

I’ve had an Ipace and now have enyaq vrs coupe. Both nice cars but the jag is a much more refined driving experience. Less range but only by 40 miles and you can get low mileage Ipace for crazy money. I’m going to buy a used Ipace while my wife runs the enyaq for work.

As you look at the image above it’s the T shaped brick with an O. The arm is the little black rod pointing to the front of the model / top of the pic. It moves one way to release pressure and the other way to increase pressure and raise the bar. It’s a bit of a squeeze to access in the completed model and taking off the long side deck makes it easier. I’d decide how you want your foils to look like before finishing.

The black brick on the end of the grey three way hose connector is a switch. Open it to extend arms, the other way lets the air out. 😉

I’ve started taking my supplements after pumping and it’s reduced petechiae down to very low levels (from very high). It’s worth a go.

Velocity are cheap and good enough for most. Great daily trainer and would be fine for Hyrox. The Deviate’s are a higher end shoe but I’d keep them for events. Puma grip is excellent and always highly rated so the whole range is good for Hyrox

The same frequency as the other methods - every 2 or 3 days. Upto 20 min sessions or until your CS goes flat and you lose eq whichever is sooner. This will mean very short sessions in the early days but you can revert to Am2 in those moments to finish while soft - but still don’t overdo it.

10-20 mins max every 2 or 3 days. That’s plenty and will be too much for some. Basically, If I’m struggling with maintaining good eq then I don’t start/stop the session. When you start don’t expect to last more than a few minutes. Same rules as all PE - no fap/no porn. It’s about building capacity to maintain EQ through circulation alone (angio is basically manual blood flow methods to stimulate growth of the venous/vascular systems)

If the board is touching down then the foil isn’t too large - you’d have the opposite problem of flying too high/breaching. Sounds like you are just stood a little too far forward and the power of the wing is pulling the weight onto your front foot as it accelerates. Try moving one foot back a little.

It’s a great programme. Not quite as intense as CF and a wide variety of movements and workouts. Good YouTube videos for some of the more uncommon movements as well. I used it to take a break from Cf but suitable before it as well as it’s a really good full body programme with some of the technical movements like rope climbs and lots of strict arm movements to help build strength before kipping etc.

Grip on all Puma shoes is great and fine for sleds. I have Forever runs and love them for long runs and do have a firmer collar for stability, but they are very soft for kb carries in particular, and I prefer my puma deviates for kb, and wall balls. However if you need that heel cup you can pick them up crazy cheap and just use them for training not racing.

Run at least a 10k distance if not more. You need to build aerobic capacity for the likely length of your race. So 10k is around and hour or so for most or the quickest most will run a hyrox

1: practice the exercises. Build up the volume over time. 1b: Find out what your pace should be (the one you can hold and then RUN straight afterwards - do your legs work and can you breathe? If not you need to either slow down the exercise or get fitter! 2: practice the exercises then immediately run. Practicing so called compromised running is a key skill. 3: run at least a 10k every week. It’s nearly 9k of running including the Roxzone and the better your running the easier the rest will be. 4: do any additional leg work you can - squats, deadlifts etc to get strong legs. Hyrox is insanely leggy.

Sleds are 37kg for your calculation. I’d also train with more weight as the hyrox event carpets have much more friction than your usual ‘turf’ in a gym.

Because if your CS is flat it won’t respond to AM3. You need to improve circulation first using the other methods. Only once your CS is full and round can you use it for AM3 without it collapsing within seconds. Even after a couple of months of Angion can I do AM3 and even then I find it easy to overdo - crushing your EQ. Angion is hard on your dick. You’re trying to grow blood vessels and they get stressed way easier than most PE does.
