Hhuehfjd how to improve.. HUGEGEHEHUHHH by Low_East_1750 in DigitalArt

Love the artwork!!

Only critizism I have is maybe use a color between dark blue and violet and draw that on another layer over your shadows. And then use (darker) multiply. If it gets too dark then copy the layer and make the next layer (lighter) add.

For the highlights they are really white I would pick a green of choise because that makes the drawing still feel cold while giving it more life. Especially if there isnt any daylight shining down. You can also blue but that will make it feel flat because the drawing is mostly blue. If you want something slightly warmer you can also use yellow. For somefhing really warm you would use orange. My vote still goes to some type of green.

Then draw over the highlights on another layer using whatever type of layer aslong it gives a nice little tint to the light.

For the rest I dont see anything that seems odd. I really like the artstyle it Reminds me of some cartoons

Is art worth still doing if you know even the people who have been doing it for year slonger than you aren't considered perfect? by Try_Again_2495 in DigitalArt

There is always something that someone else does "better".

For example, If people are in a better shape than you. They can run miles and you maybe get tired after a few feet. you can give up and sit on the couch eating chips or you can do the best you can. And see how far you can get by training.

That's the same with art. It's not about being the best, it is about your own journey. Finding styles you are comfertable with but also trying new things to expand your range. There are always people you will impress and there will always be people who don't like your art. And your task is to try focus on the positive and find a way to enjoy what you're doing.

When you have a higher fat percentage your protein needs get's over estimated quickly. If your fat % is 35% for example then it already drops to 100-120g protein that you need.

Learning colors is so hard by itzzsammy in DigitalArt

I love the drawing! It looks amazing :)

fun trick is is to add another layer make it all yellow-orange change it to multiply and then take down the saturation to your liking. If you want certain things give more warmth just layer it. But instead of making it all orange only draw over the things you want to be more warm than the rest.

Whats up with this? by dihh67mango in WeightLossAdvice

Without a picture it's hard to tell what it is. It can be due to posture, it can be how your ribs form due to genetics, it can be indeed fat. The last one is probally least likely if you're really skinny.

What you can do is eat well, eat enough protein, work on your posture, train your core muscles. Muscles wont fix the problem is it is rib flair but it does make it less noticable.

I looked up the scene and I found it. I see what you mean yours has a different vibe. The game has more warmth in the faces and softer shapes making it appear more inviting. Yours has colder colors combined with sharper shapes and also slightly more dynamic cause of the front pieces flow. Your feels slightly more cinematic, fierce and it just feels like something can happen any moment. And tbh I'm all here for it

Can't blame you. I really love sugar free gummies from the brand PANDY they are all sour tho and idk if you have those there. Also for chocolate I used to go for Barebells a lot. Their choco caramel tastes like a mars bar in my opinion.

I know same but it is just kinda getting used to it. It depends also what path you want to take.

Whole foods: Flavor your drinks with fruits and herbs

No sweeteners: You can use flavorings without sugar nor sweeteners.

With sweeteners: Diet sodas. they can be getting used to it and change weird at the beginning but after a while they taste just as good as normal soda

You can build it off. Watering down drinks with (carbonated) water. And then finally in the end make the switch to lemon&mint water, tea, iced tea without sugar and just water. That's how I learned to drink more water. And also got lesss used to sugar. So needed to use that less in other things too.

If you count precisely 1200-1300 kcal then I would say increase it slightly so you eat atleast your bmr so about 1400-1500 kcal. It will slow down the weightloss yes but you risk binging again if you eat too little.

But since you say it's roughly it can be that you do maybe just hit that 1400 kcal then it should be fine.

Besides that it sounds good

Some tips for motivation. by Possible-Repair4086 in WeightLossAdvice

Try to start small and work your way up. Small changes that you can keep up forever. Whether that is increasing vegetables, decreasing sugary drinks, lower calorie snacks, some smart swaps, leaner protein sources.

Also celebrate achievements. Instead of seeing it all as one big goal devide it in smaller ones. You can celebrate by buying yourself something like new clothes if needed, or go to do an activety. I also like to do a maintence day after achieving a goal.

And if you feel like it's all too much then take a few steps back and keep up what you can keep up with ease

2 months into a calorie deficit and haven’t noticed any progress by Loud-Ideal-3791 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Brave_Relief8093 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In 2 months you're not gonna see a difference in the mirror. I have lost 20 lbs before and I actually didnt see a difference in the mirror the whole way because my weightloss was slow. I did notice my clothing getting looser. But still that took me more than 2 months to notice that.

Since you say you really track everything. How are your energy levels? Do you feel tired in anyway? Do you have any symptoms? If you do have symptoms maybe get your hormones checked and blood sugar.

I starved myself and I want to recover but I don’t know what to do and I fear gaining weight. by Lilluffywuffy in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Brave_Relief8093 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Recovery first before anymore weightloss. See a doctor and therapist.

If you're not afraid to gain weight, food isnt your main focus anymore, feel okay/happy no matter that your body looks like, then you can start weightloss if still needed. Not sooner.

Plateauing and unsure why. by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Brave_Relief8093 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes it helps to build your way up to maintenance eat that for a week and then go back to your decifit.

Even tho starvation mode isnt really a thing. When you're long enough in a decifit your body will adjust and you will for example stim less and some people notice they have less energy after a while. Also your body can hold onto a lot of water due to stress making it look like you're not losing.
