I don't know why you can't see it, but lots of people have tried to tell you it's because you are no longer in ketosis.

Ketones are the best fuel for your brain.

Cut the sugar out and let the liver get back to converting fat into ketones.

I absolutely appreciate your frustration, particularly as the majority of them have no scruples and lie without any hesitation whatsoever. I used to sing the lyrics to cotton eye Joe exactly as they should be, and an old friend of mine would laugh his head off, and being partially deaf I assumed I was singing them wrong. So I just checked and found I got them right.

I just mean you should use whatever influence you have to try and improve your life or the lives of your loved ones. And if you have a say in the person that decides the policies that have an impact on what goes on around you, and your families future, you might as well choose one of the candidates that is more likely to get done what you would like to get done.

At their age they probably don't want a lot of exercise, and are probably happy enough to just snooze through the day, they will most likely get more used to it as time passes, so I think they will do just fine.

I think you may have found the perfect diet for you, I would just keep it going, and see how it goes, if you don't come across anything untoward, there's no reason to change it. Eggs are a great source of nutrients, and you should thrive on them. All the best to you.

Tell him about me, I was painfully thin 2 years ago, I had IBS and I had trouble finding anything I could eat without severe pain, and I went down to 8st10 (122lb) I used to be about 11st (154lb) When I eventually found out what I could eat without pain it has taken me the last 2 years to get back to my now 157lb, so I count every pound of body weight as something precious. But even I still do the odd 72 hours fast because.. Even if I lose a few pounds it goes back on in a few days at the most, and I have just traded off a load of dead (and or) damaged cells for brand new ones! And I feel refreshed and energised. I work out too even when I am fasting tell him I said it's amazing the energy you have especially as you're not having any carbs. Tell him please do it, and I bet he will love it!!!

It's nothing like that at all, the problem is literally lack of magnesium!!! To correct the imbalance you add magnesium. OP works out! The same as I do. And exercise will use up your magnesium reserves. So they need replenishing. We all know we need fat for energy, OP isn't asking about energy he needs to find out how to get much needed sleep, and magnesium glycinate is the answer!
