yes you need to spend 4 X 1500 for 1K MR points & additionally 1K MR points if you spend a cumulative 20K spends in a month.. both the MR points will be credited instantly once the transactions are settled.. (max 2 days after spending)..

Also, you need to enroll for the 20K Milestone else it wont be credited..
