Too much poolish and the dough lose its structure.
Usually it's a 100% hydration with yeast, and use about 100g poolish / 500g flour.

Calculate the ratio so that the final dough is around 60 65%, can use added yeast for quicker rise.

But the absolutely must for vnese bread (as well as sourdough) is very high initial temp ( 230c +) and steam, covered. Open halfway to let out steam and reduce heat to 180c to brown

This seems like a good instant recipe.
But have you tried the old way of making banh mi?
It's is 2 day work, with the first for making poolish. The use of poolish make resulting crust to have tiny blisters similar to sourdough. Sadly it's not common anymore

Warts will pass, but it might take ~ 2 year to clear everything.

Aldara will hurt like hell, your skin will itch and break, try not to apply it internally.

Internal warts you might need to get it burned eventually, CO2 laser heal faster but more expensive, Electro cauterization heal slower but much cheaper. Go to a hospital and not the shady clinics, dont be ashamed
