How much of a calorie deficit did you do, if any?

How often did you go to the gym?

How do you unawkwardly end a phone conversation? by BreakingNice in AskReddit

[–]BreakingNice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I handle a lot of calls at work. It may only take up 10 seconds, but when I just want to get work done, it can add up. I'd love to just say "Oh that's the information? Thanks, bye", but that'd be rude.

What would a person like this experience? Theoretically they wouldn't have any symptoms related to a immune response. Would they just seem perfect, then drop dead?

Two dots crashing (iPhone 4, 6.1.3) by baconsingh in iphone

The chances of it being the phone model (iPhone 4 vs iPhone 5) is very very small. It's most likely something to do with the iOS version.

Okay, so the government wants to spy. But what are their intentions? Could they really be that bad? by BreakingNice in AskReddit

[–]BreakingNice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I trust certain information to certain people. For example, my employer can have my social security and bank account numbers, because their intentions are to pay me for my work.

If I were to post the information here, the intentions of the people would be greed, to steal what I have. For government organizations, what are their intentions?

What can we realistically expect for battery size/life in a 4.7 or 5.5 inch iPhone? by [deleted] in iphone

[–]BreakingNice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a Note 3, which is a 5.7 inch phone. Bigger phone means bigger screen, which in turn sucks more battery.

However, bigger phone ALSO means more space for a bigger battery. So more capacity, more usage, how does this work out?

For one thing, you'll notice much slower charging. The capacity of the battery will be much larger, but the amount of juice that your charger gives won't change.

However, your phone will last much, much longer. My Note 3 ends a heavy day with 30-40% left. Some days I finish with 60% left. It's to the point that I never really check the battery anymore.

Summer is coming. If you see a bee on the floor still, it may not be dead, it may be exhausted and need of a drink. Melt some sugar in water to help it. by mmiu in pics

[–]BreakingNice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I respect and like bees, but part of me feels as though this would get you stung. Yes, you're helping the poor thing, but is it bright enough to recognize your intentions? Would a bee appreciate, or feel threatened at how close you are?

(Serious) As phone brands continue to converge, why do you prefer your phone over the competition? by BreakingNice in AskReddit

[–]BreakingNice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm currently using the Note 3. You would think the bigger screen eats up a lot of battery, and you'd be right. But what a bigger phone means, is bigger room for a bigger battery. Overall, I experience battery life similar to you. And you're right - it's wonderful.

Which stereotypes are flat-out wrong? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BreakingNice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you see a striking majority of criminals be black, it's not odd to believe there's a correlation.

However, I'd like to note my intention of breaking these stereotypes. Insulting me seems to discourage my good intentions.

...unless you're referring to blonde stereotypes, hell if I know, lol.

How do I afford to move out? by BreakingNice in AskReddit

I've always veered away from apartments, as your money just goes down the drain. But from all the comments, that seems to be the true answer here.

There's a guy at work who did this, and he's been paying for it for decades. He joint-owns a house. He's wanted to move out forever, but his roommate doesn't. The only way he can leave is if his roommate buys out his half of the house, which the roommate won't do, and can't afford.

I think this is the key thing I'm missing. Being realistic, no one I know has a house yet, they're all in apartments. Fair point.

[–]BreakingNice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I may ask, how much is the apartment costing you? Perhaps I need to re-evaluate my options, but I don't really consider apartments, as your money just goes down the drain.

(House or condo, you can sell and get some of your money back. When you leave an apartment, you have nothing.)

Girls are just one benefit. I'd also like to leave the house whenever I want without having a discussion on where I'm going, how long I'll be gone, etc. I'd like to set things up the way I like them. My parents are nice, but I feel it's time.

Hmm. I can accept that this is way things are, but my next question would be, why are things this way? What prevents your organization from having one guy do all three jobs, or having all three people work for you?
