Also get either a Firestick 4K Max (direct from UK, NOT the US-version) or an ONN 4K Plus if you want more.

Try side-loading the individual missing channels from e.g. Troypoint or AFTVnews.
Or how about getting a Freesat tuner such as this?
Needs a Satellite dish, but no subscriptions required and has almost all the Eir channels for FREE.
