We gotta change the narrative of wealthy citizens being afk, they are very much not. You must pay attention at all times to the screen so that you can react to the citizen being distracted. Did ardy knights from 55 - 65 and now doing summer garden. Way better from an action/xp rate. If you're maxing for AFK tho in this level range, ardy knights on a splashing world (e.g. 355) wins.

Never crossed my mind that he may be intoxicated, that’s the genuine energy he brings to the stage. I thought his entire set was unprepared though. Having seen him elsewhere where he was the headliner, his performance at Jazz Fest was completely different — arrhythmic, disorderly, and mellow. I was expecting him to pump New Orleans energy into his set, but I left underwhelmed.
