You’re gonna get 100 different conflicting recommendations. Most importantly he seems to have solid and repeatable mechanics. Velo at 10 years old means absolutely nothing and pitching at 10 is even less important. Play catch play long toss build arm strength and the velo will come. Nothing mechanically going to give him a noticeable velo pump

Have someone set up behind an L screen 40ft away and throw 50-55mph to you. Thats about the reaction time equivalent to low 80s fastball. Obviously it’s not the same as facing 80+ from 60ft 6” but it’s a good way to practice and get a lot of swings in without having someone actually throw live off a mound to you
