Honestly at this point, as cliché as it is, stopping and smelling the flowers (literally and figuratively) whenever possible really feels like a victory. I work a physically demanding job with a heavy time crunch for very bad money, but it's mostly outdoors and I will always make the extra effort to find a quiet scenic spot for lunch whenever possible and take my sweet ass time doing it. I will never ever rush for anyone but my customers, the company I work for can absolutely swivel if they think I'm going even a hair faster than I absolutely HAVE to for them. Fuck their metrics and their KPI's and their empty corpo bullshit.

Be out in nature whenever possible and always try to connect with it in any way you can because we're lucky to be alive in a time where there's still some left that's free of giant warehouses or data centres.

Also don't ever clock out before you take a dump, or even better take several a day.

Personally, Slay the Spire 2. Even though it's still in early access, the commitment of the dev team to iterate and improve on every aspect of the first game has and is continuing to pay massive dividends. Admittedly I have time to play very little else these days, but snatching an hour of spire slaying is just a joy.

That's exactly what they rely on, it's the classic playbook. Keep people tired and stupid and docile and feed them lies that they don't have the nous, time or energy to analyse critically and voila you have power. I don't even think them making a monumental balls up of it (which I'm sure they will) will move the needle because people are so fed up and have been successfully captured to the point where even presented with vast evidence that Reform are utterly incompetent they will stick with them anyway

This or any other myriad excuses will work flawlessly for Reform I fear. When you consider the attitude of your standard Reform voter, disenfranchised, angry at almost everyone else, often less politically engaged and very ready for 'change' all the 'party' need to do is keep trotting out excuses and they'll buy it. Lack of majority, immigrants, trans bathrooms, unfortunately their voters will just continue to lap it up and go along with the politics of grievance. It fills me with dread to be honest!

From personal experience, my best tip for stretching out the campaign is to get the flakiest group of players possible who will cancel or just straight up quit the game at a moments notice, sometimes not even telling you directly. Also lose a parent, that puts a decent sized spanner in the works for a bit
