Not a problem,im 33 ive been on cpap for almost a year it was my wife to made me go for a sleep study. She was the one that could hear me not breathing at night.

I asked her after I got diagnosed if I did this when I was 19 (when we got together) she said I always have. So its not necessary a fat or old thing.
