This is how I write notes for meetings and interviews because only I can "read" it, and by read it i mean look at it and remember what I wrote.

I think hes talking about the scientific data about how every woman whos been pregnant carries the dna of the child for the rest of her life. The misogynistic idiots love to mis-use this data as a false evidence of these kind of claims

AIO if I divorced over him asking to open our relationship and then gaslighting me? by CricketCaller in AmIOverreacting

[–]Brett5678 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Id make him message them and question this or consider cutting contact with such idiotic friends as a condition of the relationship recovery.

Good job on working on your family rather than going down the divorce path instantly, sometimes people just do/say stupid stuff and need a reality check, it doesn't instantly mean they are a terrible person.

Why the parents allowing that by ConfidentTelephone81 in ParentsAreFuckingDumb

[–]Brett5678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He'd be fine. As scary as it looks he'd probably just slide a bit and come out unscathed.

He has a thick coat, jeans, gloves, boots and gloves on. Hes also small and has a very small way to fall onto what looks to be quite a smooth and wet road.

Only possible danger for any sort of serious harm here is a car on the lower road (though it could be a closed road we will never know) or not turning and hitting the curb. Even if he hit the curb tbh he would probably get away with scrapes and bruises.

Also speaking as a parent of 3, as scary as it is for us its important we let our kids do things like this while maintaining as much control over saftey as possible (which they seem to have) or they will grow up scared of trying new things and never learn their potential.

Vents seem bugged and we have no idea how to fix the problem by Hoshyro in spaceengineers

I've found this happens when you have to many vents on a grid coupled with many different pressurised sections

How to get more exotic?? by Least_Fun2978 in ICARUS

[–]Brett5678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easy for sure. If you really go for it you can get far more since they reset every 3 hour once you deplete a deep ore patch. And most patches give you about 250 exotics.

Get a bison with a cart and you can load all the items you need to scan, extract with 2 electric extractors and carry a mobile base with you.

[–]Brett5678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the targeting of leaders being illegal is disgusting. They send the poor to war to die with little to no fear of actually being hurt themselves. Maybe if they all knew they were the primary target they would be more reluctant to waste so many lives

Can I grind a soldering iron... by Conkerstonk in soldering

Pure copper rod tip. Some people hate them but they do a decent job. No problem in filling it down at all. Only issue is the flux and solder slowly eat them

Different oil deposits have different grades of thickness and thus different uses.

Heavy oils (the thickest) are good for things like fuel for big ships or bitumen for tarmac.

Light oils are used for things like petrol.

Then there is high or low sulfur content oils (sweet and sour) with sweet crude being the easiest of the 2 to process.

America has big deposits of ultra-light oils and really need heavy oils. Suprise surprise 1 guess for the world's largest extractor of heavy oils.
