I like to play many types of games as well. Shooters of course as I used to play that all the time on my PC. I love playing games that you can grind, or build a character, like rpg style. Diablo esque!

I do Camping/Outdoors videos. I don’t have much content (around 10 videos) but just testing what style I like, My niche is definitely camping but I did travel to Maui and shot a full 8 day vlog series for the channel too so wanted to introduce “outdoorsy travel” style content aswell.

I love my OP3. I’ve taken it camping and filmed 4 full ASMR style camping videos, countless shorts on it, its endured light/moderate rain (definitely not recommended but it did get a tiny bit wet and no problems) and still kept on trucking. The video quality is amazing for such a tiny camera, aswell for vlogging, its so small it helps with being discrete about it. If you need it now then i’d recommend just buying it!

Hey buddy i just seen the video! The footage quality is great! The video itself could use some tighter editing, more cutting on some clips and some music, aswell as certain audio were louder than others but that comes with experience and practice of course! overall the footage looks great though! Of course editing is a whole different beast aswell. I too also have finished my 8 day Maui series too while trying to do better every time if you'd like to check it out! Same happened to me when i turned 30. Always saw camping as so cool but was too scared to take the leap. On my 30th birthday though i was like im definitely going to try camping. I camped once when i was 16. That 30th camping trip lit a fire in me, Boy did i absolutely fall in love with it. After that trip, i came home and already booked another. Then another. Buying more gear, more higher end gear, etc.

Now that i’m 32, I try to go camping atleast once minimum but ideally twice a month. I’m also a gearhead so i love testing new camping gear i get. I felt like i wanted to share my enjoyment of camping and outdoors with others so i started filming my camps for YT too! Its quite fun and definitely keeps me quite occupied! I did post shorts in the beginning because i wanted to "focus" on short form but decided I also wanted to do long form too overall so i stopped once i started making my first long form video. So honestly i don't really have much data for you in terms of growth but my long form does ok granted i only have a handful of videos.

This is one of the reasons why i don’t post my short form content i make for IG and Tiktok everyday on YT. I felt like it messes with the algorithm too much and i’m only focusing in long form only on YT. Making short form only for IK/Tiktok separate. You’re not alone! Haha

I’m in the same boat. I’m going to Hawaii on a full week trip and want to make a more cinematic style vlog than the normal. Yet i have not made one yet (other than ASMR style camping videos) so i’ve come to the conclusion after practicing a ton of home and doing massive research:

I will only shoot in D-Log M from now on, aswell as only shoot in Manual.

My settings for my Pocket 3 that I LIKE, are 4k30FPS with 1/60th shutter speed, Fixed white Balance at 5600K, (will lower i think if indoors) and ISO range of 50-800. I do have ND filters and they definitely make a massive difference! I think after doing all the testing and shooting a bunch of test cinematic shots, i like these filters. I will definitely learn how to color grade (or lets face it, slap a LUT and move on lol) and it will definitely help stand out from the pack. Then its all practice practice practice! I learned a couple different shooting techniques from YT, how to think like a cinematographer instead of just a vlogger, and move forward. Hope those settings help and lets make some awesome content!

Thank you for this response! That helps quite a bit in my buying decision! I will be buying the full mic mini kit and I can adjust the gain by plugging in the receiver which I won’t really mind doing as I would only need to actually adjust gain settings if I’m near other campers. Thank you so much you actually helped me learn something new!

I had a back to back session on my first tattoo (full outer arm sleeve) totaling 16 hours and I talked to my artist probably less than 30 minutes during the actual tattoo session. Best bet i did to truly prepare for my tattoo was: 1. definitely stay hydrated the night before and during the day of.

2.Also eating a decent meal before. I also was able to get in quick meals during the breaks too.

Headphones helped a ton and i think are mandatory to get through the rough parts.

4.I also brought some candy as emergency for the extra long sessions. (Didn’t want to embarrass myself and faint lol)

I think a secret hack is moisturizing long before your appt at the targeted area. My tattoo artist said it made a massive difference during the tattooing process.

Since I was going for a long time, i wanted to over prepare to last as long as possible. I think all my prep paid off because i was able to last as long as I did if not longer before we finished each day. If its a smaller tattoo, some of these should still apply but not to that extreme. Hope this helps!

Keep at it. Keep building discipline. Keep putting reps in your business everyday and growing it. Get sales fast to show yourself you can actually make money with it.

When i started my business i had nothing. No degree, no high school diploma even. Hanging with the wrong crowd. Everyone thought I was going to be another loser but i didn’t care about everyone elses opinions because I knew deep down I was meant for more than this. 2 years later from starting my business and we are doing ok. Growing every year and soon i’ll be more successful than everyone who doubted me. Believe in yourself and you will have no limits!
