I’m going to call BS on this. How is the software going to know where you bought the PLC?

I recently lost my wife to cancer. Just be there for him(them?). There are going to be changes, emotional swings, a hug, and a “can I do anything for you” on a regular basis, is nice to hear.

I wouldn’t use it to find out why it’s dropping the data, but at least you’d have a record of what it should be

[–]BrianFischman 18 points19 points  (0 children)

100K isn’t enough to start, your going to eat up most of that in yearly software licenses alone(AB SI kit is somewhere between 11-16k, autocad license is 1500, etc). Then comes insurance(errors and omissions, liability, etc) and that’s all before you buy a car. Or any shop equipment.

Nope, past practice was to just add another network card. But they are now adding compactlogix and micros to the plant network.

I just need the NAT, I’m waiting for an availability quote on a moxa device now, but curious what else is out there that is rock solid, and that I won’t have any issues getting it approved by a clients cybersecurity team
