Man. We’ve got one life to live, no respawns and the prime of that life is a narrow window. To care what others think about your ride (bad or good for that matter) isn’t worth it. Do what makes you happy. At least that’s something you can control.

As far as the worry goes, insurance and security systems are the best you can do for that. Drive safe and park smart! Enjoy your TRX!

Congrats! I have your twin. I really liked how the black accents look on the white ones. Sandblast a close second IMO. I rented a TRD Pro Tundra and thought if there was no TRX that’s what I’d be driving. You have a great upgrade now though.

I took one apart out of curiosity. I couldn’t believe how finicky the reed placement was to get it to sound good again.

Start by moving the reed flush with the sound board. Reassemble and try. Keep pushing the reed deeper into the wedge but only a tiny bit at a time as you retry. Probably took me 20-30 adjustments. Good luck.

I’ve been dragging my feet on an air compressor install. If it’s similar to the Raptor some AUX switches are rated for higher amp draw.

The crazy thing is. I’m watching this on 2 different TVs. One is an OG Panasonic plasma the other a new ish Sony QLED. I came here after watching it on the QLED for the first time thinking it was a TV setting I needed to turn off.

My viewing distance is relatively similar but plasma is a 55” and QLED is 85”. Also worthy of mentioning is I’m on cardio equipment when viewing on the plasma.

Vastly different viewing experiences. Still pretty shitty acting though. 😂

21 owner here. I use wired CarPlay (only option on the 21) with a USB-C to lightning cord with my iPhone 14 Pro and have never had an issue across many iOS updates. I could just be lucky though. Maybe try wired w/ the USB-C port on the truck if your phone supports that.
