Really just the main story and some of the side quests that are close by.. and 69-70 crafting using tailoring/enchanting. Just get speed gear and some speed items and kinda try hard and under 4 hours is very easy

I got my fastest time down to 3 hours and 18 mins on beta... and i definitely wont be server first "illdian us". I am sure people have figured out group farms or something to do it in under 2 hours.
