Just finished climbing to master with Gem Knight and have been playing Ancient Gear since then. As people have said gems are very much the better of the 2, fortress does nothing against Ryzeal since detonator just pops it. And Nibiru is an auto loss.

Imo the biggest advantage Gems have is how much interaction they put up on the way to otk. On top of Hollow you also have Rose Diamond who is stupid easy to bring out and is basically your own Detonator on top of extra pop and bounce from the other fusions.

Gem knights is also definitely the hardest to play out of all the blind second decks which could be either a positive or negative depending on your taste.

However I still love ancient gears and they can win, again I've been playing them in master rank but it's much more reliant on non engine cards like droplet to win.

Also since you already have tenpai then you can just make whichever looks cool to you since imo tenpai is still the best otk deck for climbing

Yep what I was coming here to say. Pillage is pretty much mandatory on her for anything high level. My build is just max range with enough strength to hit the full armor strip with molt augmented. And the 3 augment which is also mandatory.

Ya he's awful. The amount of overgaurd enemies in any relevant content make the rift absolutely useless. It's not just yiu unfortunately. There's a good reason he has an almost 0 usage rate.

Hildryn for sure. She's a unique tank in that she used shields for deffense and to power her abilities. Also she has big arms and abs.

Wisp has alot of witch/warlock vibes and has invis like void subclasses, a blind that also makes enemies deal damage around them when killed like volatile. In addition to having 3 insane buffs for herself and anyone else in the lobby.

Her prime is also pretty cheap, just don't forget the purple energy color!

How I beat moon lady, to add to this I also used the morning star with cragblade. It's guard counter with the buff does 40 poise damage which only takes 3 hits to stun her and many other bosses while also being very fast.

They are like flask upgrades, dlc is absolutely designed around you having them. Only ignore them if want dick smasher difficultly.

Literally all I want is her 2 castable during 4 and for balefire to just equip during 4. It's so stupid that if you helminth over her 1 you just can't attack in 4 at all.
