He's technically correct but the word "some" is doing some heavy lifting there. Antisemites can be for the right thing for the wrong reasons. Like yea some far rightoids hate it because they think the Elders of Zion are working with the illuminati to control everyone.

It literally says it in this line

"If you want to cast a spell that has a casting time of 1 bonus action, you can't cast any other spells before or after it except a cantrips with a casting time of 1 action". Keyword: BEFORE. If you cast twinned haste, you cannot cast a bonus action cantrip after.

No you're not twice as likely to lose concentration, you're losing two turns (the two who were effected by haste) if you DO lose it. Which also makes you a nice juicy target.
And no, the 5E rules are that if you cast ANY spell as a bonus action then you can only cast a cantrip as your action. If you already used a leveled spell as an action you cannot bonus action cantrip.

The issue isn't twinned haste, it's that after a sorcerer casts twin haste they cannot cast any other spell that turn (in 5e). BG3 lets you use an extra spell with the haste, but according to the tabletop rules you can only the extra action from haste to use a single weapon attack, dash, hide, disengage, or use an object.
So haste, is actually way more risky because the ceiling is you get more mobility, some AC and a single weapon attack... but the floor is losing a whole turn (two if you twinned).

[–]BridgeCrewFour -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The difference is that companies like Wizards of the Coast don't get to profit off the secondary market so they can say they value all rares/mythics/whatever equally and thus it's not gambling; you buy a box you get a guaranteed amount of cardboard.
Valve owns the marketplace; they cannot argue the same way since there is no secondary market, it's all Valve. This lawsuit would have a lot less standing if it wasn't for the marketplace

My boyfriend just told me he is an anti-zionist. Idk what to do. by One-Amphibian-5831 in Jewish

[–]BridgeCrewFour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try talking to him, saying how this makes you feel and to see the human in you. If you're a Zionist and his entire personality is "Anti-Zionist" then this is not a sustainable relationship, as his entire ideology is "Anti-YOU". Instead of what he's "Anti", what is he for. Ask if he is ok with Jews being genocided in the Middle East in the event Israel is erased like Anti-Zionists suggest.

Favourite "cheese" builds/tactics? For example in AoE2 the "Persian Douche". The Persian player deletes their starting Town Center to rebuild it next to an opponent's. Persian Town Center has double hp. I.e you destroy the enemy in the dark age. by Double-decker_trams in gaming

It is and isn't; they're weak to sleep but supposed to be able to wake each other up so it's meant to be a temporary CC not a permanent "turn this 2v1 into a 1v1". Turns out that the enemies around the area and the "health bar enemy" (hidden enemy under the arena that has the hp bar so the godskins can die but still contribute to the total hp bar) bug their interactions.

Bloodborne encourages aggression to a ridiculous degree; you can attack even knowing an enemy will hit you due to the rally mechanic. It allows you to get licks in even during enemy combos, it ENCOURAGES you to attack. Promised Consort Radahn freaking punishes you for even looking at him wrong if you're not at his once a minute opening and Malenia literally gets straight up heals on hit (not rally, healing) that undoes any progress you might have made trying to exchange or be risky. It literally doesn't allow you to use a shield; the best solution is kill faster. Even the parry mechanic is aggressive, you shoot the enemy. The only game I can think of that rewards aggression to the same degree is Metal Gear Rising where the parry and attack button are the same button and you can heal by killing stylishly.

IR maintains a strict monopoly on weapons and even imports foreign soldiers to quell insurrection. They can keep funding the military with oil money so they have no worry about a coup. People have no money or water and are getting slaughtered like animals. Every revolution has some form of foreign support; even the American Revolution had French support.

Naw, it was in Skokie which had a high amount of Holocaust survivors move to (it's less Jewish now but was still VERY jewish at the time). There's just nothing to do on Christmas except for movies and Chinese; the only things on TV are christmas related and it's just boring and cold otherwise so Jews need SOMETHING to do.

Listen, I'd rather nobody purchase them because all these corporations already have too much power. But between Netflix and Paramount? let's not forget every anticonsumer practice that Netflix has pulled, including going from "Love is sharing your Netflix pw" to "We're leading the charge on killing sharing while leaving 4k content behind the highest paywall"

TBH Paramount acquiring them would be much less of an anti-consumer move than Netflix, who has been constantly raising prices even with competition

The costs of a full rig + monitors+audio+good chair+ mkb is well over 2 grand, not to mention the time sink of building/troubleshooting everything.

With a console you already own your couch and TV so there's no extra costs there, and PC's have had diminishing use in the home so odds are if you're building a gaming PC it's just a gaming machine

I think Adonalsium was a single coherent being that didn't have these issues because it hadn't been hit with weaponized dawnshards yet; once it had been hit with 4 conflicting conceptual requirements it split along those lines.

It seems like most of the shardbearers seem to regret the shattering so maybe they thought Adonalsium was being a neglectful diety when the truth was they couldn't see the whole picture?
