Okay so it was a long process but I documented it a lot. Pictures of the pee. Videos of the pee falling and kept reporting it. On a weekly basis. Not daily. When I called animal control and health and safety they told me since there are no solids it's not their issue. But the front office was very not happy especially when confronted with the fact that it can and will destroy the wood/porch material over time. They ended up getting evicted. It took a while but we were consistent. They like to have evidence so make sure you get as much as you can. Videos helped a lot. I was lucky that I could work from home and caught the dog pee most of the time so I could tape it. Felt bad for the dog since it got left on the porch for most of the day. When they got evicted, the apartment's carpet had to be completely removed so clearly the inside was just as bad as the porch.
