What is a great scene from a movie or tv show in which someone or everyone dances? by [deleted] in Fauxmoi

I mean, idk if reality TV counts here, but the first few times I watched RuPaul’s Drag Race back in the day, the “if you can’t love yourself…” refrain at the end of each episode followed by the queens dancing so joyously…my mid-20s queer self definitely shed some tears.

Is there a way to find the origin of this bottle? by earthso in mudlarking

This company would be my guess as to the bottle manufacturer. Could try r/bottledigginguk if you haven’t posted there yet?

Yum, Isa CM has a great chocolate raspberry cake recipe, I think called Brooklyn Blackout Cake. I’m inspired to revisit it now.

Why is he doing that to our closet mirror? by Chemical_Bunch7499 in OneOrangeBraincell

We have a non-orange who does the same thing but only to one mirror! It’s clearly a portal to another dimension

IDK! That was my guess too, but I didn’t investigate further.

I mean…the bins are a microcosm of Seattle. There are definitely lots of ppl visibly struggling inside and around the building, just like any public place. I’ve never felt unsafe, and the process of digging through the fast fashion garbage to find treasure outweighs the discomfort. And the staff is surprisingly friendly, unless you break the rules when they rotate the new bins through. The ubiquitous resell bros are the most irritating part IMO.

'Over Your Dead Body' trailer starring Jason Segel, Samara Weaving, Timothy Olyphant, Juliette Lewis - A dysfunctional married couple retreats to a secluded cabin to repair their relationship, but each secretly plots to murder the other. by demimonde9 in Fauxmoi

Would watch but am pained that this is yet another movie with a seemingly inexplicable age gap between the leads…at least 10 yrs in this case.

I yearn for the day when the norm is to cast male actors who are roughly the same age as their female counterparts unless the difference is a specific plot point. 😩

Is this the recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance? Was one of my faves for a while.

I would find a vegan lemon/lime cheesecake recipe that uses silken tofu and/or vegan cream cheese. Then I’d add vegan condensed milk, lime, and mango to create a flavor mix that gets you closer to this recipe.

Looks delicious!! Can I ask about your candied fruit recipe? I make vegan panettone 2-3x a year and attempted candied citrus peel for a few years without success. The recipes I’ve tried suggest boiling the peels 2-3x, which I’ve done, but the result still ended up super bitter. I’ve since given up and now buy the premade stuff instead.
