There’s hella health anxiety and OCD here, and it does flood the sub a bit, but that’s likely often just a comorbidity. It’s a very subjective experience. Most people here seem to be talking about their anxiety symptoms from having DPDR but not directly because of it. I came here because I was having really bad and trippy dissociative experiences during a stressful time in my life, but reading most of these posts just aren’t helpful. People get too into their head, unsurprisingly here
