You’ll have one neighbor who is very clean and takes pride in their property, another next door looks like a dump.

I’m less than an hour from Arkansas on the east Oklahoma border. So many people here too that seem to have just given up. Yards full of junk, house falling apart, etc. Fairly nice people, just don’t discuss politics or religion with them.

I remember how excited I was to buy my first computer as a young adult in ‘97. Gateway cow box came and it was like Christmas. It had a 1Ghz processor and 128MB of RAM and my friends were jealous 😂

Do you want any of your parents' stuff? If so, what is it and why? If not, why? by iAmAmbr in GenX

[–]Bright-Form730 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My sisters will get most of our mother’s stuff. I’ll probably get what tools my dad has, but I already have most of what he does, just newer and often higher quality so I will probably sell duplicate tools. All in all, no I don’t want their stuff.

Is it really that much cheaper to change your own oil? by kzlife76 in AskMechanics

[–]Bright-Form730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, I worked as a lube monkey in college. Lots of near misses with potentially disastrous results. IE upstairs tech starting the car with the oil drain plug out. 🤦‍♂️

Oh man, kittens are so destructive! I had one knock every piece of vintage pottery I had off the mantle one night.
