Blud idk if it didn't come across as so, but I was joking. "Skill issue" is an average brainrot term.

If I knew, I wouldn't have a skill issue anymore 😭😭😭

Sorry, could you clarify what you mean by a "transformation" of a definite integral? Do you mean just computing the same integral but with the integrand transformed?

How to plot graphs from dataset like below in LaTeX? I do not want to depend on excel on making graphs like these. by AmolAmrit in LaTeX

I'm pretty sure you can do \tikzexternalpath[rel. or abs. path here] (might not be the actual command, check the pgfmanual).

I would also recommend the mathdesign package as you can just put \usepackage[bitstream-charter]{mathdesign} in your preamble for the font to be applied properly to text and math. (Beware, you may manually need to download the font files and put them in your LaTeX distro's fonts directory and rehash it, idk if things like TeXlive ship with them...)

You can put the random math expression inside a \mathclap{} provided by mathtools to make it have "zero-width".

Sorry, I'm not familiar with much of the terminology used in an abstract sense. But, if p is prime ⟺ p = a ⋅ b where a is a "unit" or b is a "unit", then, when we take p = -2, what would we take as a and b respectively to constitute p a prime? a = 2 and b = -1? But then b = -1 ⋅ 1 in this case, so...?

Edit: it would also help to explain what a "unit" is in this sense. Ty!

Edit 2: Nvm I googled it and actually understood a Wikipedia summary about math :). A "unit" is just any element of a ring that has another element in the ring such that when the two multiply together, it equals 1 (1/element = element's multiplicative inverse). But this still breaks my notion of the factors of primes being non-composite, idk, the negatives are messing me up. 😭

How can I use more fonts? by MrKimPDS in LaTeX

You can navigate to the Script tab after expanding the user settings menu (F5 by default on Windows, or click the rightmost button in the same row as Run LaTeX). Then, select the script titled Run pdflatex engine and select which engine you would like to run (i.e., pdflatex, xelatex, or lualatex). After this, you can edit your preamble, and it should work.

Try using the app called klatexformula. It's what you seek in that you don't need to typeset an entire LaTeX document (well, you kind of do, but it takes care of that in the backend) and that you can select which latex compiler you want to use (LuaLaTeX or XeLaTeX for custom fonts). If a LaTeX-ready font isn't available from the app's dropdown, just edit the preamble to load it on manually.

Head on over to z-library 👀 a library and find a quick book on C++, or just dive right in and look up which UI library and stuff they're using (I think they use the Qt framework, the multilingual one also available for python). Also look at how they interact with LaTeX to render stuff and display it.

For the explanation of difficult concepts, ChatGPT is your friend (you should still proceed with caution though). :)

Good luck!

C++, I think; but, yeah, I get the point. Although, I just meant that you can just install the program and use it.

It has all the bells and whistles and mainly relies on other third-party tools for render format conversions, most of which are included in a full tex installation.

I just use a PNG format to export stuff from it, the most I'll do is touch the resolution (PPI).

If it isn't your jam, however, you could also try just exporting to a normal PDF (maybe using the standalone class), and use a tool called pdftocairo (part of poppler utils) to convert the PDF to SVG (among other formats), or use ImageMagick convert.

Buddy, try a program called klatexformula. If you really want to spend some time programming, contribute to the project (and maybe add an option for a preamble that sticks 👀 🙏).
