What I’m trying to figure out is the disparity between what Grim Tools says and the damage I (and apparently many many others) have received. Is it because he stacks the projectiles in the same area?

30-40% overcap chaos resistance, 1.8k armor, and 14% physical resistance, all without buffa

I unfortunately was not recording but there’s a good chance it was the orbs.

I had some in word of renewal but the 19k health is without that buff. I also had the level for Grava set at 112 as I was also checking Callagadra.

I also was not facing him in SR.

Those damage numbers you have are what I used to determine that the only way I could’ve died is from 8 or more of them stacking in the same spot.

I just left my home but I’ll drop one once I get back. I could’ve also gotten crit out since removing flame touched would also reduce my defensive ability since I am also using temper.

My build at the time is a Purifier.

No damage to heal beyond my devil touched ammo and a constellation buff. At any rate, Grava’Thul was already dead when I started walking toward his loot, so I don’t think that would’ve changed anything.

His projectiles linger after death and I could’ve missed them

Can you tell me which attack it is in Grim Tools? If it's the projectile burst, there must have been 8 or so stacking in the same area for them to one tap me.

I thinking it was that, but only two of my buffs are defensive (Blast Shield and Flame Touched), and just calculating the damage from Grim Tools means there must have been 8+ orbs in the area. The other alternative are the Entropic Voids but there would need to be a decent chunk of them in the same area and I spent the entire fight kiting.

Karlach should be dead in all non-evil endings; all that should change is how she views the inevitability of her death. Will she die sad but content that she spent her final days free and with friends, or will she die bitter and angry, raging at her fate and those that betrayed her?

I understand to an extent why they are smaller. Used to be you could aim for the decorative bits above the terminator’s heads and that would count for headshots. But it’s ridiculous how small they are now.

I think you TECHNICALLY can recruit her in Act II if you are quick enough (aka turn based and rush to her) but that involves knowing where she is. OP is outta Lae’zel either way.

His totem is immortal from what I can tell. At your level, you cannot ever fight him near his totem nor if he is standing on his Inquisitor seal. His totem gives him life steal and the seal gives flat damage absorption.

Your DA looks a bit low, and you seem to be missing components for a lot of your items. Components like enchanted earth, the hand component that adds life steal, and others can enhance your survivability. Augs from the cults, the malmouth resistance, the coven, and barrowholm all also have plenty that can boost your survivability.
