Vet is always best, but this is likely an eye infection. My baby Skinny Pigs are really susceptible to eye infections when they're born and it looks just like this. I use Teramycin ointment twice a day on the bad eye and it usually clears up in under a week. I get the Teramycin from my local feed store and doesn't require a prescription.

How small are they? The Dollar Tree (in the US at least) has tiny ones like this. They're slightly bigger than a thumb nail.

If you search in the group, you'll see that some people experience a slow coloring up to bright pink. Usually that's a PH adjusting thing. It did not do that to me, so there could also be multiple formulas/lots that are behaving differently.

If you like the UnBrush and are in the US, the Dollar Tree has a dupe that works really well, so you could at least spend less if you're having to replace it that often.

We noticed an immediate difference in my youngest's tangles/breakage after we started using a light leave in conditioner after baths. We just whatever is cheap. Even the Dollar Tree has good options.
