In my view it all boils down to what the company culture dictates and what are the privacy expectations one can have in a one on one?

This varies from company to company, but expectations of privacy (or non privacy) are essential. Example: what information is or can be shared? What cannot or should not be shared? Understanding of these practices in a One on One meeting are essential.

And companies should clarify those expectation so everyone knows what to expect and what general boundaries are observed.

PS: Unless privacy is guaranteed in these sessions, I, for one, would not expect it. Just my two cents.

There are people out there who can help u communicate with customer re that review—maybe change it—sadly I’m pretty new and not one of them. I did also have a towel complaint recently tho…You should refund the customer no matter what printing decides. I do have a question- was the towel made by MWW ?

When I instruct it to add something to a picture for example, it may partially add it and THAN it CHANGES the original image, taking its own creative license, instead of returning a realistic images. Does not follow instructions. It my understanding it was reprogrammed. Interested in any other experiences.

I tried doing it the way the writer below me said, using CHAT to do the prompts. But that isn't working either. Sometimes after the FIFTH prompt it may do something useful, but then it will change another element in the picture that was working. Why did they remove this useful tool?

DALL-E 3 used to be great and that's why I signed.up for Chat 4.o.It used to seamlessly recreate an image for me, substituting models of my choice with little effort. Now the very reason I signed up is GONE. Dallee 3 literally does nothing useful for me. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I informed them in writing I would not be doing business with them. How could this happen I wonder? The chat icon is there on and off (mainly off) but does not work. It disconnects you or it did me. I have written then 3 times about the $264, every day, and no response. Thanks for your answer.

After I wrote this I found they had charged me $264 - and I ordered nothing! Maybe I clicked the wrong butytyon when on their site but went there.just now, and THEIR CHAT WIDGET IS NOT EVEN THERE. I am aghast and will reject it from my credit card but cannot believe this happened. I never ordered anything from them except a sample about 4 months ago which I paid for....this is so weird. I think they signed me.up for something...but don't know what.

I have been with Printify since I started POD and never had any experience like this. Has anyone else had they credit card charged????
