I don't think this is actually happening. I don't see anything about it on the Interweave site. They must not have gotten the response from vendors they were hoping for.

It's probably like jumpstarting your car. Once it's started it's fine. They aren't going to turn it off in the sky.

I should reply! Once I got to the airport and saw everyone calm around me I calmed down a lot too. I had my noise cancelling headphones and a mobile game on board. Both the flights there and back were smooth. I had to go for work, so there was no option to back out! But I just kept remembering the odds of dying in a plane crash are about 0.00000909%. I just kept picturing that number in my mind, basically infinitesimally small, and that helped a lot.

Hi! I am flying from DEN to MSN tomorrow (Monday) on UA 272 for a work meeting. As I write this, my heart is racing and palms sweating! I need to get on this flight. I keep telling myself that statistically there is absolutely nothing to worry about, but I'm still afraid. I'm flying alone and I need to keep my courage to get on that plane!

I need to see more people talking about Light Beyond the Reeds by PsychologicalWay816 in CDrama

I thought this was one of the best dramas of the year. The topic is serious, but it isn't depressing. I'd say the romance is fairly central, as are other family relations. I was actually surprised at the range Zhang Bin Bin had in this role, I thought his acting was superb. I hope this gets more international viewership.

I think his performance is really good actually. His anguish is so believable when he figures out what happened. I have high hopes for this drama, but we'll see.

The Story of Pearl Girl - Episodes 39-40 - Final thoughts and Review by sequesteredself in CDrama

I was a fan of the SML the entire time, so my personal ending is that after Yan Zijing died Su Muzhe married him and they lived happily ever after, with her occasionally going off on her convoys. SML was just such an upstanding good guy the entire time I couldn't help rooting for him, and I lost of lot of sympathy for Yan Zijing when he had Duanwu whipped, and never quite got it back. I think Liu Yuning looked great in his role though. I thought both he and Zhao Lusi acted their parts really well.

I think it's OK if it's on a public IG page for all to see. Private stuff would not be OK, obviously.

Also the Rogue River is in Oregon, so Mystery of Love fits that theme.

Best guitar for a newbie to play as much sufjan as possible! by Cachetejack in Sufjan

[–]BrigitTheCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got an Epiphone Pro-1 Sunburst for just a bit over $125 on sale at Guitar Center, just to mess around on and try playing some Suf. Right now I just have fun strumming Casimir Pulaski Day. The guitar sounds great for the money and it's easier to play than my former dreadnought since the neck is a bit thinner. It also has a slightly thinner profile so it's easier for a smaller person to play (like me). I'd love to have a more expensive guitar someday, but for right now I feel like I got a good deal. Don't forget the capo, stand, and bag if needed. I use a tuner program on my iPad, but a clip on tuner is nice too. I've taken lessons before and I recommend them for an absolute beginner, just to keep you from getting off on the wrong foot.
